Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current California Driver License/ID
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Previous experience as a dealership or independent franchise Service Advisor
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
