Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current California Driver License/ID
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Previous experience as a dealership or independent franchise Service Advisor
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
