Responsibilities include:

  • Greet service customers professionally and courteously.
  • Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to identify customer needs.
  • Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories.
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates, and obtain customer approval.
  • Monitor service progress and communicate with customers about any changes.
  • Administer warranty and customer pay repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and communicate results.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1-year Service Advisor experience (Honda/Acura experience preferred).
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
    • Authorized to work in the USA.
    • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and other pre-employment requirements.
