Title: Server Systems Support Employment Type: Contract W2 only (Long Term Contract) Compensation: Pay Range: $50-$100/hr Description • Provide technical support for servers hosting EPIC applications and databases. • Ensure server uptime, patching, backups, and security compliance. • Collaborate with EPIC application and infrastructure teams. • Monitor server performance and system alerts. • Participate in system upgrades, disaster recovery, and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain EPIC-related Windows and/or Linux servers. • Perform regular patching and security hardening. • Monitor storage, CPU, and memory utilization. • Respond to incidents and resolve hardware or OS issues. • Maintain documentation and support logs. Qualifications • 5 years of experience in server administration. • Experience supporting EPIC or healthcare application environments. • Proficiency with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware). • Strong knowledge of security, backups, and monitoring tools. • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
