Server - Atria Senior Living : Job Details

The Server engages with residents and guests to provide a memorable dining experience by taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving food & beverages according to service standards, courteously and efficiently. This individual collects payments when necessary. This individual assists in the appearance and maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Provide a high level of customer service at all times. Anticipate resident's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant(s) operations, proper table set -up and dress code of the restaurant(s). Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and/or General Manager to keep residents satisfied with food and beverage programs. Set tables in accordance to Coterie standards. Serve residents and guests meals and beverages as requested.
