Server - WinShape Foundation : Job Details

This position will provide grace-based hospitality for all WinShape guests and WinShape ministry needs through the operation of Food Service. The Server's role includes serving snacks, meals and beverages at WinShape both in the Great Hall and in other areas on the WinShape campus. This position will glorify God by creating experiences that transform lives.

Provides grace-based hospitality to all guests on campus both during and outside of scheduled meal and snack times

Creates a warm, welcoming environment through food service focusing on displays, personalization, and high-quality service

Prepares for meals in Dining Hall by setting table with appropriate utensils, linens, centerpieces, glasses, and drink options

Ensures all dietary needs are met, acting as a liaison between the guest and the chef

Serves meals and breaks in the Great Hall and in various locations on a regular basis

Openly communicates with the Food Service team to ensure breaks and meals outside of the Dining Hall are executed with excellence

Maintains the stock and cleanliness of self-serve beverage and break areas in the Dining Hall and across the various food service locations on campus

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

0-2 years of hospitality related work experience

Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work independently and/or with a team, makes quick decisions with confidence, can problem solve with a positive attitude

Able to carry and/or lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Requires valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
