Server Engineer - Technology Services - Telecom & Network - County of Denton Texas : Job Details

The Server Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining Denton Countys server and storage infrastructure, including virtualized environments, enterprise applications, and backup systems. This position ensures high availability, performance, and security of county systems through proactive monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and capacity planning. The Server Engineer plays a key role in protecting data integrity, supporting CJIS, HIPAA, and other regulatory compliance requirements, and contributing to disaster recovery efforts. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, timely problem resolution, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
