Senior WMS Order Associate - DataMasters : Job Details

• Track Orders into their ERP (SAP) and their WMS.
• Excellence in client-facing interaction with Sales, Customers and Retailers
• Will be 80% in GSO office, 20% Burlington Distribution Center
• Needs: Excel skills, MS Office, work with a WMS or finished good ERP system
• Experience within a Distribution Center

DETAILS

• Oversees the entire order fulfillment process, from when an order is placed to when it's delivered, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Key responsibilities include monitoring order status, managing inventory, coordinating with warehouse staff and shipping partners, resolving issues, and utilizing order management systems (OMS) to optimize operations and provide real-time visibility into the order lifecycle.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying and resolving issues such as late deliveries, incorrect items, or out-of-stock situations.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills needed to provide updates to customers on their order status and addressing any concerns or inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Data Accuracy: Maintaining accuracy in order details, customer information, and shipping addresses.

Hours are 7:00AM to 3:00PM, M-F

Location: HQ in central Greensboro and Distribution Center in Burlington NC
