A nationally recognized civil engineering firm is growing its Water/Wastewater practice across Texas and seeking a Senior Engineer for its Houston office. This is a strategic role focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects and contributing to long-term technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, and water systems

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee permitting, project coordination, and quality control

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

• Engage in client communication, stakeholder coordination, and business development

• Support project strategy, budgeting, and long-range planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas, or ability to obtain

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design and delivery

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with modeling software and regulatory compliance frameworks
