Senior Vice President, Global Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a P&L-owning executive to lead our revenue cycle management operations, improve performance, automate processes, and meet the needs of our rapidly growing client base. The role involves managing a team of analysts, BPO partners, and overseeing our proprietary billing platform.

First 12 Months Objectives
  • Achieve Net Collections ≥97% and reduce Denial Rate below 4%.
  • Reduce DSO to less than 30 days and Cost-to-Collect by 10%.
  • Implement two automation sprints per quarter in collaboration with Product & Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage full P&L for internal teams and BPO vendors, monitor KPIs via dashboards.
  • Process Automation: Lead RPA, AI denial prediction, payer-API integrations; facilitate ROI analysis and UAT.
  • Team & Culture: Scale, coach, and performance-manage teams across coding, billing, collections, and analytics; promote company values.
  • Vendor & Compliance: Negotiate rates, enforce SLAs, conduct quality audits, ensure HIPAA and SOC-2 compliance.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of leadership in high-volume (> $500M) RCM organizations, including offshore BPO management.
  • Proven success in reducing DSO by ≥20% and Denials by ≥30% within 12 months.
  • Experience with EHR/RCM product backlogs or automation rollouts.
  • Deep understanding of payer rules and coding compliance in chiropractic, physical therapy, and mental health.
  • Expertise in SQL, Looker, Power BI, and billing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Admin; MBA/MHA or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, culturally aware, and a proactive owner mindset.
