About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic VP, Strategy & Analytics to lead the insight-led thinking and innovation for one of our most high-profile accounts. This leader will sit at the intersection of cultural intelligence, creative storytelling, and influencer strategy - elevating how we translate insights into breakthrough campaigns that drive measurable impact. In this role, you'll architect how data - cultural, behavioral, performance, and platform - drives smarter, faster, and more impactful decision-making across campaigns. You'll oversee a team of strategists and analysts, guiding the development of campaign strategy from briefing through execution, and collaborating across functions to ensure alignment between brand ambition, audience needs, and creator-led content.
This is a pivotal leadership role, overseeing both the strategy and day-to-day application of insights across influencer campaigns, always-on performance reporting, and innovation planning for one of the divisions.
