DescriptionYou will lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) practice, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, and provide advisory services to clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in RGM , strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in RGM, finance, or a related field within the CPG industry. Proven track record of leading successful RGM initiatives and managing client relationships.
  • Skills : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
