About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regulatory Management Senior Officer to join its Technology and Business Enablement Regulatory Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the overall regulatory relationship strategy, including managing key regulator interactions and initiatives. This role involves a high level of internal and external communication, project management of regulatory initiatives, and ensuring policy adherence. The candidate will also be expected to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization, from senior management to front-line staff, and to maintain a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues and requests. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those with 10+ years of relevant work experience in financial services. A strong understanding of banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions is highly desired. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with a proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required, as is the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset are also essential for this position.
