Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Vice President for our Investor Relations team, who will lead and enhance client services within the Private Wealth Services channel. This role is crucial for delivering an outstanding client experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to our marketplace clients and ensure their success.
• Oversee a team of investor relations professionals, cultivating trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and technology serving our clients better.
• Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in financial services, ideally in client service or investor relations.
• Expertise in alternative investments such as hedge funds and private equity.
• A proven track record in managing high-performing teams and P&L responsibilities.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced education is a plus.
