About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Development to spearhead and expand its fundraising operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-channel fundraising strategy, with a focus on special events, corporate partnerships, major gifts, planned giving, and foundation support. This role is pivotal in achieving the organization's ambitious five-year revenue growth plan and requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in fundraising, particularly in the areas of major gifts and special events. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of fundraising leadership experience, ideally in a nonprofit setting, and a passion for the mission of the organization.
