About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for its Investor Relations team, with a focus on leading support and post-sales client experience for the Private Wealth Services channel. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering exceptional client service across the company's marketplace customers, ensuring their success throughout the investment lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, and real estate offerings, as well as a proven track record in relationship management, communication, and influencing skills. The SVP will also be responsible for overseeing a team of investor relations professionals, building trust with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and technology to better serve clients. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments. The role demands expertise in leading high-performing teams, managing P&L, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers, and be capable of thought leadership on client success and operational efficacy. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced education being a plus. The role is pivotal in the company's goal to deliver a differentiated, best-in-class client experience and to ensure the overall success of clients in the Private Wealth Services channel.
