About the Role

We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Information Security who will play a critical role in shaping and implementing a global information security and cyber risk strategy. This executive position is responsible for the safeguarding of our data, systems, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring our security approach aligns with business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory standards. You will provide strategic leadership in cybersecurity governance, oversee operational security functions, and promote a culture that prioritizes security.

The successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of cyber governance, incident response, regulatory compliance, data protection, and third-party risk management. This role emphasizes proactive defense strategies, resilience planning, and secure innovation. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are strategic, transparent, and resilient leaders with a focus on growth, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and fostering a security-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the cybersecurity field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of financial industry regulations and global security frameworks.
• Proven experience in managing cybersecurity programs in complex, hybrid environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or similar are preferred.
