About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President - Division Head to drive the strategy and execution for all product categories, including accessories, apparel, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for product development, sourcing & partnerships, team leadership, and team collaboration. This role involves managing both permanent and temporary divisions, with a focus on providing a range of search services to meet the diverse needs of clients. The President will also be instrumental in the growth and development of the company, as well as in the management of Birkman Certified specialists for organizational behavioral assessments. Candidates for the Senior Vice President - Division Head position at the company should have a proven track record in product leadership roles, ideally within children's, or baby's goods. A deep understanding of building and scaling product categories, with direct experience in sourcing, development, and pricing is essential. Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Design, Merchandising, or related field is essential.
