Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise within a specific domain of a line of business.Develop technical designs, test plans, and user documentation.Plan and implement strategies for system implementation and conversion.Coordinate project scope and changes using formal change control and traceability.Ensure quality of deliverables across programs and drive strategic solutions and innovation.Gather, challenge, and prioritize requirements; translate into functional designs and use case models.Manage scope, objectives, constraints, and assumptions for large, multi-year programs.Analyze information and recommend strategies to meet strategic business objectives across global areas.Stay current on industry and domain knowledge related to the business and applications.Apply experience with software and system development processes to improve metrics and processes.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ten (10) years of experience in a related occupation, with expertise in:
- Using Agile and Waterfall methodologies for requirements gathering and project management.
- Ensuring data structure delivery in reporting platforms through collaboration with designers and developers.
- Collaborating with testing teams for test case creation, review, and validation.
- Analyzing datasets, building data maps, and conducting data validation.
- Producing data models, data flows, and supporting client demands including reporting and data science.
- Working with project stakeholders such as project managers, sponsors, and application teams.
