About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President for Architecture and Development. In this pivotal role, you will be the visionary technology leader responsible for crafting and maintaining an enterprise architecture blueprint that is aligned with the business strategy. You will lead the design and deployment of robust, scalable applications and platforms while driving the adoption of AI/ML technologies. Oversee our data and analytics strategy and manage a talented team of architects, engineers, and data professionals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, current architectural patterns, and have hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms. A strong background in data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems is crucial, along with proven success in building and leading cross-functional teams and managing technology budgets in the millions. We seek someone with at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field; an MBA or executive education in digital transformation is a plus. A minimum of 12-15 years in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or platform development is required, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Your track record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly in hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries, will set you apart. Strong skills in security architecture, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks are essential. We need a strategic thinker with outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills who can translate intricate technical concepts into business value and effectively present technology strategies to executive leadership.
