The Business Unit

The Digital eXperience Group (DXG) develops products and solutions, providing consulting to Wolters Kluwer's global business units. We support the expansion of online product portfolios and leverage industry insights to drive innovation.

The Position

The Senior UX/CX Research Consultant, reporting to the Associate Director of UX/CX Research, will oversee UX research for the Lien Solutions business within our Financial and Corporate Compliance Division. The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven, user-centered experiences.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Attend the closest office within 50 miles eight days a month for in-person collaboration. Please see our office location directory for options:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading user research initiatives using various methods such as surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiry.
  • Partnering with product teams to inform design decisions with research insights.
  • Promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement in user experience.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant research experience.
  • Experience working with senior clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a Lean/Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, compliance, legal, or tax domains.
  • Understanding of lending processes and financial products.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in financial services.
  • Proficiency with remote research tools like MIRO, Dovetail, and Great Question.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management, UX design, and engineering to define research strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute user research, synthesizing findings to inform product design.
  • Evaluate prototypes and solutions with users to ensure usability and effectiveness.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within product teams.
