Job Description:

The Senior Manager – Treasury is responsible for overseeing the financing requirements at the Jubilant Pharma level, covering all portfolio entities. This role manages local and global financing needs, with a deep understanding of financing products and maintaining relationships with financial institutions to support business growth.

  • Debt Management: Experience in asset-based financing products, working capital solutions (factoring, receivables financing, supply chain financing), acquisition solutions (leveraged buyouts, syndicated loans) with domestic and multilateral institutions. Oversee administration of existing debt facilities, ensuring compliance and covenant monitoring.
  • Liquidity Management: Coordinate with business controllers and FP&A on cash flow forecasts and risk mitigation, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.
  • Cash Management: Manage working capital, cash pooling, intercompany transactions, and evaluate financing requirements across entities, structuring cost-effective financing solutions.
  • Financial Risk Management: Develop policies for commodity, FX, and interest rate risks. Coordinate FX remittances with central banks and authorized dealers.
  • Banking Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, understanding credit risk, structuring financing solutions, and leveraging past relationships.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review treasury-related financial reports, including cash flow statements, investment records, and earnings forecasts.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA / CFA / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury or financial management.
  • Deep understanding of cash flows, valuations, and financial modeling.
  • Strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of financing products, project financing, and valuation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Reports directly to VP Finance, Head – Risk and Management Assurance, and matrix to Group Head of Treasury/Financing solutions.
