This role involves providing consultative treasury management services to businesses across various industries including property management, HOA, healthcare, and other complex sectors with sophisticated treasury needs. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Division Managers to develop new business, expand client relationships, and deliver tailored cash management solutions. You will also support onboarding and enhance treasury services across sectors.

• Develop sales plans to identify expansion opportunities with existing clients, preparing call schedules and presentations.
• Present consultative working cash flow solutions to prospects and clients.
• Lead sales calls with Relationship Managers and Technical Solutions Consultants.
• Collaborate across business lines to implement new solutions for clients.
• Lead discussions with clients to define solutions that meet their goals and facilitate the implementation of services.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and associates.
• Monitor industry trends, including technology, regulatory, and legislative changes affecting treasury management.
• Partner with Product Managers to develop and enhance products and services.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and maintain knowledge of relevant policies.
• Possibly coach, mentor, or teach as a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrate and foster Umpqua's corporate culture, taking initiative and setting a positive example.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in Treasury Management Sales, Support, or related experience.
• 10+ years in treasury management sales, service, or support.
• Extensive knowledge of bank payment systems, treasury solutions, and industry practices.
• Strong sales skills and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Proven success in managing complex accounts and building relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software.

Job Locations: Onsite at Newport Beach, Irvine, or San Diego, CA.

Competitive salary range: $117,000 - $160,000, with potential performance incentives. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and various employee resources. Eligibility begins the first day of the month after hire.
