Content and Data Platform (CDP) is enabling Prime Video (PV) to become the first-choice entertainment destination for customers worldwide. We build capabilities that allow streamers to experience Prime Video's rich content across all content types (movies, TV, sports) and business lines (SVOD, Channels, TVOD, AVOD) for both 1P and 3P titles.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will define, own, and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering and science teams. Your role involves identifying new investment areas, aligning engineering roadmaps, and influencing strategy across Amazon organizations. You will also manage roadmaps through cross-functional influence and prioritize effectively.

This role requires strong communication, influence, and trust-building skills with software engineers, technical, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive technical programs across teams
  • Identify new investment areas and align roadmaps
  • Influence strategy and outcomes across organizations
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years working directly with engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs
  • Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects with scope, schedule, budget, and risk
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses
  • Experience managing LLM or AI programs
