Overview:This position is responsible for providing vision, direction and telecommunication services in a global, multi-site environment. Must perform analytical, technical and administrative services for all Components included within the telecommunications infrastructure. Manage relationships with numerous telecommunications service providers and maintenance vendors. Research and oversee implementation of new technologies to meet the changing needs of the firm. Evaluate technologies and develop applications for VoIP, SIP Trunking, Unified Communications, and other projects as assigned by IT management. Relies on extensive analysis and judgment to plan and accomplish goals within multiple, concurrent projects. Identify issues and the appropriate courses of action in support of the voice environment of the Firm. Produces appropriate documentation for telecommunication projects including project plans, training materials, marketing materials, and notifications. Must stay informed of changing technologies related to all aspects of voice services.

The anticipated pay range for this role is NY:$122,500 - $184,000 and BOS: $117,000 - $175,000 which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Working Conditions:This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
