Senior Technical Program Manager (Hybrid) - Carmax Corporation : Job Details

Develop and manage end-to-end roadmaps in service of product priorities. Manage cross-functional programs and projects in a matrixed organization. Communicate progress and escalate impediments to enable smooth delivery. Bring a strong sense of strategic execution to the Product and Technology Organization. Establish shared goals and objectives to build alignment across multiple cross-functional teams. Provide ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks promptly to stakeholders. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities or gaps in product development cycle for owned and others' products and propose solutions. Test, implement, and iterate on potential improvements in planning and development processes. Mentor and develop peers to be high performing members of the broader product organization.
