About The CompanyOur client is a top public accounting firm looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager for state and local tax.Responsibilities

• Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate basic knowledge of client's businesses
• Work closely with Tax Partners to satisfy the needs with planning compliance
• Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed
• Research, write and consult on various tax engagements
• Respond to inquiries from state tax authorities
• Responsible for sales tax and other tax return preparation
• Train and supervise staff along with reviewing and evaluating their work
• Manage multiple clients, budgets, and production goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Masters in taxation or relevant field
• 4-6 years prior experience in public accounting and tax
• CPA or other relevant certification

Salary Range$90,000-$110,000
