We're looking for a Senior Systems/Network Engineer with strong MSP experience to lead complex troubleshooting, manage advanced infrastructures, and drive improvements across networks, servers, and cloud environments. • Lead and resolve high-level infrastructure issues

• Configure and manage firewalls, switches, VPNs, and security appliances

• Improve and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Optimize monitoring and RMM tools (DattoRMM or similar)

• Automate tasks using PowerShell or equivalent scripting

• Respond to critical alerts and perform required maintenance

• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams, improving processes and documentation

• 10+ years in a senior technical role within an MSP or IT support organization

• Extensive expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365

• Strong networking skills: firewalls, VLANs, routing, VPNs, switching

• Experience with backup/disaster recovery (Datto, Veeam, etc.)

• Solid background in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Citrix Studio, Proofpoint and Mimecast

• Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools (Autotask, ConnectWise, DattoRMM, N-central)

• Knowledge of security best practices for mid-market environments

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven ability to lead under pressure while driving long-term improvements
