Job Description :
Provides expertise and project management for implementation and maintenance of features and functions of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with special emphasis on Benefits Administration, Leave Plan Administration, and Personnel Action Administration. Uses broad-based benefit management and system expertise to provide integrated benefit management consultation and solutions. Gathers and analyzes requirements to configure system functionality to meet desired goals and project deliverables. Formal Education Required:a. Bachelors degree with a concentration in business, human resources, computer science or closely related field of study. Experience & Training Required:a.
