PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in support of our customer in Dahlgren VA. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex problems and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and implement systems, evaluating workflow solutions.
• Support the full lifecycle of analysis.
• Develop system specifications and documentation.
• Provide project management support, including feasibility studies and resource allocation.
• Plan and coordinate activities of assigned personnel.
• Lead or supervise lower-level IT staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of proposals for improving KPIs.
• Conduct management studies of organizational components.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions for performance issues.
• Implement system security measures.
• Mitigate security deficiencies and recommend risk acceptance.
• Apply security policies to meet objectives.
• Document and update security operations and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
• Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM's System Architect.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in IT Discipline
