• Hands-on experience with Group Policy management, server virtualization, backup/recovery, and basic networking.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and hardware utilization forecasting; strong time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate in Information Systems (or equivalent work experience).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, MCSE, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
• Background in compliance and auditing within IT environments.
