Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist to support one of our most trusted energy clients. The Senior Systems Specialist is a key technical resource responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex building systems and controls. This individual will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on field panels, sensors, and related control systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability across the facility. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Senior Systems Specialist will report to the Site Supervisor and is expected to uphold and exceed the standards set by lower-level technicians.

Qualifications

-Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics, mechanical systems, or related field preferred.

-Familiarity with building automation systems; Automated Logic experience

-Strong troubleshooting, planning, and documentation skills.

-Effective communicator with solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
