Salary: 95-130k

Requirements:
- 6+ years in programmer analyst or systems analyst role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Mathematics, Engineering and Business Management fields or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of systems integration concepts with working knowledge in
- SQL programming like DB2, SQL Server
- No SQL databases like Redis, Mongo would be preferred
- Data warehouse and data lakes like Snowflake
- Cloud (AWS) and on-prem systems setup would be preferred
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of web applications and consuming web services
- Strong understanding of various ETL and data replication concepts
- OLAP v. OLTP and the tradeoffs between the two
- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience while under pressure.
- Effectively communicate complex concepts, diagnose systems issues with team members, different IT groups and vendors, both verbal and written
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve system integration challenges
- Rapidly absorb complex technical and/or conceptual information.
- Anticipate issues and provide solutions for complex problems.
- Balance a self-motivated, independent work ethic with intense cross-functional collaboration needed to drive project success.
- Experienced with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related productivity tools
- Excellent project management and documentation abilities
- Some project-related travel is expected 2-3 times per year.
- Hybrid work – expected schedule of: M, F remote, Tu, W, Th in office.
Job Description:
A rental company is looking to hire a Senior Systems Analyst to support their Customer Digital Technology Team. You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to understand what systems exist, how the systems connect, and how the systems work individually and together. Additionally, this person will need to understand if a new feature is requested, how it should or should not be done and breaking a project down in phases to ensure its done in micro-deployments. This person will also be helping support upcoming AI projects. This person will be expected to run ad-hoc queries or call an API. This position will be a hybrid role in Stamford, CT and will be a 3 month contract to hire. M, F(Remote) & Tu, W, Th (in office).
