Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Supply Chain Program Manager with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management, Program Execution, and Strategic Sourcing. The ideal candidate can lead all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process from proposal to execution, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver results in cost, schedule, and performance for both the company and the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across programs from proposal through execution, ensuring alignment with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Develop and manage strategic sourcing plans and supplier relationships to align with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve project issues, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet program milestones.
  • Analyze market trends and supply base capabilities; assess feasibility of materials and components in support of product development.
  • Support proposal efforts and manage supply chain impacts related to engineering changes.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, budgets, forecasts, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data.
  • Lead a team of Supply Chain professionals; mentor, train, and develop talent across all levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformational projects across supply chain processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations (FAR/DFARS) and internal procedures.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and quality excellence across suppliers and programs.
  • Lead supply chain strategy meetings and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and 10+ years of experience, or In lieu of a degree, 16+ years of directly related experience.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing supply chain teams and cross-functional program execution.
  • Manage department and program budgets, including performance tracking and variance analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Working knowledge of government acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
  • Negotiate various contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, FPIF etc.) and agreements (NDAs, Teaming, Subcontracts).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Experience with EVMS, Lean Six Sigma, and supply chain digital transformation initiatives.
