Senior Supplier Quality Engineer - Progress Rail Services Corporation : Job Details

The purpose of the position is to ensure all products are free from defects and in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and standards. In the instance of any non-conformance, this position works to resolve them fully and provide guidance on process enhancements and improvements. - Conduct production part approval processes to eliminate quality non-conformances from impacting operations. o Define PPAP requirements and review submissions for conformance to stated requirementso Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for NPI with suppliers - Investigate, define, and resolve quality non-conformances.
