We're seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution on wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and major infrastructure projects across South Florida. This is a high-impact leadership role for a construction pro who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to deliver complex public works projects safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Oversee site operations for wastewater and environmental infrastructure builds
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, equipment, and logistics
• Ensure safety compliance, QA/QC, and productivity tracking
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination with owners & inspectors
• Mentor junior superintendents and foremen across multiple scopes

What You Bring

• 15+ years of field experience, with 5+ in wastewater or heavy civil projects
• Proven leadership on complex MEPF and public utility scopes
• OSHA 30 + strong scheduling and documentation skills
• Experience with WWTPs, pump stations, or municipal water systems
