A well-established and highly respected general contractor in the Bethesda area is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join its team. This company specializes in a diverse range of projects, including life sciences, education, multifamily, commercial, ground-up, and interiors, with project values ranging from $5 million to $45 million.

Position Overview

Project: $90M 365 unit and precast garage multifamily project

Location: Dumfries, VA

Senior Superintendent

Compensation

• Salary: $150K–$175K
• Bonus: 10% (6% company performance + 4% individual performance)
• Vehicle Allowance: $1,100/month + gas card and more

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing aspects of a construction project(s) in excess of thirty (30) million dollars
• At least 3 years leading, developing, and motivating teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam as well as an understanding of Primavera scheduling and BIM
• DBIA and/or LEED Accreditation
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications
• LEED GA accreditation at a minimum, specialty accreditation a plus
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project
