Strategy and Business PlanningStructuring / Execution / CreditDriving the structuring and execution process of securitization and private placement transactionsNegotiation and liaison of key terms with clients, investors, lawyers, auditors, rating agencies and other external and internal groups in execution of transactions, taking in some cases responsibility for individual dealsPreparation and review of credit submissions and assisting Credit Department in evaluating securitization exposures for the Bank2. Management and Reporting Report to Head of Infrastructure Capital Markets and to Head of Corporate Origination, on the progress of the business and specific issues (p&l and risks) on Capital Markets Transactions primarily, including ABS and Private Placements.3.
