Osborn Engineering, founded in 1892 by Frank Osborn, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 10-20 years of experience for our office in St. Augustine, FL. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Structural Engineering and have extensive experience in a consulting engineering environment working with private and public sector clients.

• Design of new building structures and alterations, renovations, and additions to existing buildings.
• Preparation of structural integrity and assessment reports.
• Design and detailing of structures including calculations and computer modeling for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures.
• Manage and coordinate projects with clients and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to assemble structural work products.
• Prepare design deliverables for SD, DD, CD level documents.
• Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and attend coordination meetings.
• Perform site reviews and construction administration services during construction.

• 10-20 years of structural design experience in consulting engineering.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as REVIT, RISA 3D, RISA Floor, ADAPT.
• Proficiency in local and national building codes and design practices.
• Experience in designing healthcare, sports, commercial, public sector, industrial, education, and/or institutional projects.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• PE/SE license preferred.

• Senior level, full-time position in the Engineering and IT industry, focusing on design services.
