Senior Structural Engineer | NYC | $140K–$200K + Bonuses

I'm working with a top-tier engineering firm in New York City that's delivering some of the most technically complex and visually striking projects in the region.

They're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead major builds, restorations, and design initiatives, someone who can confidently manage teams, clients, and projects from concept to completion.

Compensation:

• Base: $140K–$200K
• 10% performance bonus + additional incentives
• Long-term growth and leadership track

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and oversee multiple structural projects

Manage teams and mentor junior engineers

Structural analysis & design for new builds, renovations, restorations

Handle LL11/FISP inspections, reporting, and documentation

Coordinate with architects and MEP teams

Client relationship development & business growth

What We're Looking For:

10–18 years in mid/high-rise building design

5+ years of Local Law 11/FISP experience

Master's in Structural Engineering (preferred)

Fluent with AutoCAD, RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS

Local NYC experience a must
