The function of this role will be primarily production of design documents with the added responsibility of setting drafting standards, maintaining standard details, creating a cohesive environment, and coaching newly hired designers. The company is looking for self-motivated individuals who enjoy challenging projects, working with other engineers in a team environment, and interfacing directly with clients.
