Senior Staff Engineer, Manufacturing Process - Celestica : Job Details

We are seeking a highly talented customer facing engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Semiconductor process technology. In this role, the engineer will interface with suppliers, customers and PCBA manufacturing to identify necessary technologies for new product development and scalable manufacturing. This role will also work closely with the SCM organization to develop strategic supplier relationships. This role is a corporate level SME. Detailed Description Engage with product development and manufacturing staff to identify the necessary technologies needed to deploy customer solutions requiring higher levels of performance. Research and implement advanced manufacturing techniques to achieve necessary quality performance and process yields. Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues, drive corrective actions and ensure customer focused quality solutions.
