Senior Staff Accountant - Aspire Indiana : Job Details

The Senior Staff Accountant will serve as a central driver of Finance operations, treasury management, month-end close, regulatory reporting, and strategic execution. This role carries independent decision-making authority, process ownership, and visible influence across both culture and leadership alignment. The ideal candidate brings confidence, precision, and a collaborating mind-set, and will play a key role in shaping the department's financial posture and performance rhythm. This is a hybrid position which requires coming into the office at least 3 times/week. Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required. Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience required, ideally within healthcare or nonprofit sector.
