Through its global distribution network, the Company's products are sold in over 120 countries.

The Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist drives global product registrations across multiple brands, suppliers, and markets. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role leads regulatory meetings, manages cross-functional projects, and implements streamlined processes to ensure timely, compliant submissions. This role demands agility in handling complex documentation and tracking across diverse regulatory landscapes.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end global product registration processes across multiple brands and suppliers, ensuring alignment with regional regulatory requirements and launch timelines.
  • Facilitate the product registration process by collecting and maintaining documentation from third party suppliers and Government Health Agencies.
  • Independently run regulatory meetings, drive cross-functional collaboration, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Implement and optimize change management and project management processes throughout the product lifecycle to support timely market entry.
  • Monitor regulatory updates across regions by maintaining close relationships with distributors and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain centralized documentation systems and trackers to ensure transparency, compliance, and readiness for audits.
  • Create and update detailed lists of country and client specific requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve registration challenges, ensuring smooth execution of launches and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Health, Engineering, Business, or Legal studies
  • 3-5 years of Regulatory Affairs or Product Registration experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, or OTC sectors

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of compliance standards across global markets.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strategic mindset and ownership of initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience working with APAC and collaborating with international partners a plus.
