RoleThe Marketing Services team within Services is looking for a Senior Specialist to support the Marketing Services product suite designed for North America. This position works heavily with the Product lead for North America alongside various internal and external resources (Sales, Product Marketing, global teams, etc). The position would be responsible for the following:
Prior experience (at least 4 years of experience) in any of the following job roles are pluses but not required: Marketing, Product Management. Experience in banking, payments, and/or financial services preferred. Preference for digital campaign experience preferred (any of: Social, SMS, Content, Email); direct mail and other channels strongly desired. Analytically curious to uncover data driven insights. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Strong Business Acumen and Entrepreneurial Mindset. A creative, can-do energy as well as comfort with an agile responsibility mix. Strong communication and presentation skills. Highly flexible to support as key Mastercard initiatives evolve. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Comfortable with travel (no more than 10% expected). BA required.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
