Nasdaq, a leading global provider of trading, clearing, exchange technology, listing, information, and public company services, is seeking an energetic and innovative Sr. Specialist in Product Management.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders and multi-functional teams across Nasdaq to define, iterate, and implement the next generation of products, analytics, and technologies to expand the Investment Intelligence reach into customer workflows.

• Engage with diverse customer personas to understand, evaluate, and facilitate the development of solutions to their evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the value proposition of products is clear and resonates with the target audience.
• Utilize Product Management methodologies like Agile, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage projects from inception to launch.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of products/services, technologies, or market plans.
• Build consensus around product development ideas to realize new commercial opportunities.
• Recognize potential risks and mitigate them through effective procedures and ethical behavior.
• Perform analyses, prepare forecasts, and provide recommendations on market trends and sales strategies, updating leadership accordingly.
• Partner with Sales and Support Teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Embrace emerging technologies like Cloud APIs and WebSockets to accelerate market evolution towards cloud solutions.

• Deep understanding of Nasdaq's markets, including insights into the competitive landscape and effective communication of these factors.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization, build consensus, and challenge standard methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and written communication.
• Understanding of customer segment processes and challenges, with solutions evaluated from multiple perspectives.
• Awareness of rules, regulations, and time frames impacting business practices and solutions.
• Proven leadership in setting priorities and managing cross-functional teams to success within rigorous timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Minimum of 6 years in Financial Services, Market Data, or Product Management.
• Project Management or related certification preferred.
