Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing an enterprise architecture framework, covering application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains.
- Translating business strategies and product vision into scalable, secure, and efficient architectures (both technical and clinical).
- Defining key data sets to inform product development, leveraging customer feedback and market insights.
- Architecting integration solutions across internal systems and external platforms (including EHRs and third-party APIs).
- Leading initiatives to streamline business workflows and data flows between systems using middleware, iPaaS, or custom integrations.
- Guiding the modernization of legacy systems and solutions.
- Ensuring architectural decisions align with HIPAA, HITRUST, and current security best practices.
- Utilizing best practices for system interoperability, scalability, and resilience.
- Collaborating with product, security, clinical, and operations teams to ensure architectural alignment.
- Working closely with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into sustainable solution plans.
- Creating clear architectural diagrams, decision logs, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Presenting complex architectural concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution, or business systems architecture within the healthcare industry.
- A solid understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), and microservices architecture.
- Experience in healthcare IT and familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), HL7/FHIR standards, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato) and data strategy (ETL, warehousing, analytics).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel, estimated at 10%.

The national pay range for this role is $130,000.00– $160,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses.
