We're working with a fast-moving, high growth API/AI company who are looking for a sharp, resourceful Solutions Engineer who knows API to join their growing team.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success — ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, thrives in a high-ownership environment, and can confidently speak both technical and business language.
You'll be embedded with a small, highly motivated team and work directly with the founding team at their NYC headquarters. Expect to contribute across the customer journey — from pre-sales conversations to post-sales implementation — helping to ensure that every client gets maximum value from the platform.
About you:

- Are curious about (or already understand) how API-first companies sell and scale
- Care deeply about the customer and are relentless about solving their problems
- Have a frontend development background — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are second nature
- Bonus: You've worked at an API-first or devtools-focused company
- API's API's API's!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform, guiding prospects and customers through technical questions
- Build lightweight proof-of-concepts and demos to showcase product capabilities
- Support implementation and technical onboarding after the sale
- Help identify customer pain points and design solutions using the platform
- Surface insights and feature requests that can influence the product roadmap
- Work hand in hand with the Sales team
