The Role

Our Senior Solution Consultants design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). Working with partners, directors, and project managers, you will:

  • Audit how companies forecast demand and plan inventory.
  • Recommend improvements in business processes and software to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Design, implement, and facilitate planning processes.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Support the validation and testing of solutions and gather user feedback.
  • Assist with data management and data integration activities.
  • Analyze, document, and calculate logistics and business operations data.
  • Communicate technical analyses to project teams and clients.
  • Write training documentation for clients.
  • Attend client-facing meetings.

Desired Background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, software, science or a related field;
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Be able to travel within Canada and the United States up to 20% of the time;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec;
  • Experience in supply chain management with practical knowledge in demand/supply planning and/or inventory management & optimization.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse(Maestro) resources to provide or support the expected functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Ability to problem solve proactively as well as navigate ambiguity and craft innovative solutions independently.
