Senior Solution Architect, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced

West Monroe is seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. You will lead the pursuit and delivery of projects aimed at delivering robust Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales and Quote to Cash business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements.
  • Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced solution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements.
  • Configure and build solutions on the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing).
  • Facilitate testing phases including unit, system, and end-user testing.
  • Conduct client demonstrations and support end-user training and documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and status updates.
  • Participate in business development activities including solution definition, pre-sales, and project planning.
  • Drive the development of delivery methodologies and provide internal thought leadership.
  • Manage consulting teams and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Translate business needs into project deliverables, including proposals, requirements, and design specifications.
  • Create work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments for prospects.
  • Develop and grow client relationships within the practice and cross-sell services.
  • Engage with client communities through networking and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in Salesforce consulting, especially within Quote to Cash processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform components.
  • Proficiency in Quote to Cash, Product Data Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
  • Ability to manage project status, timelines, and risks.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Openness to diversity and new ideas.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% to client sites.
