What youll be doing

At Aleta, we develop many innovative solutions, and we constantly strive to exceed client expectations with best-in-class quality and user-friendliness.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop with modern technologies like .NET, Event Sourcing, Microservices, AI, Azure, GitHub, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Use agile principles such as Kanban and Scrum to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
• Help maintain and optimize existing products and infrastructure but the main focus is on new development.

What were looking for

We dont expect you to tick every single box, but ideally, you:

• Have a relevant IT masters degree and 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Have a strong grasp of the newest cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Have strong AI skills and have developed AI-first architecture.
• Have skills in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics through both academic study and hands-on industry experience.
• Enjoy taking ownership and driving tasks forward to completion.
• Prioritize long-term, high-quality solutions over quick fixes.
• Bring a positive, collaborative mindset and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
